Our Commitment

Abhyaas The Global School is committed to safeguarding the welfare of every child in our care. The safety, security, and well-being of our students is our highest priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

Scope

This policy applies to all staff members, volunteers, contractors, and visitors on school premises. All personnel undergo background verification before appointment.

Safeguarding Measures

• CCTV surveillance in corridors, classrooms, and common areas
• Controlled access — entry restricted to authorised personnel
• Child-to-teacher ratios maintained as per CBSE norms
• Regular staff training on child protection and recognising abuse
• Anonymous reporting mechanism available to students and parents
• Designated Child Protection Officer (CPO) on campus

Reporting Concerns

Any person who suspects a child is at risk must report immediately to the Child Protection Officer or school principal. Reports may also be made to the Child Welfare Committee of West Godavari district.
