Anti-Bullying Policy

Our Stance
Abhyaas The Global School is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students. Bullying of any kind — physical, verbal, social, or cyber — is not tolerated on school premises, transport, or in school-related online spaces.
Definition of Bullying
Bullying is repeated aggressive behaviour intended to harm or intimidate someone perceived as less powerful. This includes name-calling, exclusion, spreading rumours, threats, and unwanted physical contact.
Prevention Measures
- Regular classroom discussions on respect and inclusion
- Trained counsellors available to all students
- Peer-support buddy system from Class VI onwards
- Anti-bullying assembly programmes each term
- Anonymous complaint box in each school block
Reporting & Response
Students and parents are encouraged to report incidents to the class teacher, counsellor, or principal. All reports are taken seriously and investigated. Consequences for bullying may include counselling, suspension, or expulsion depending on severity.
